What is Konfiance, LLC?
Konfiance is a free full service contract negotiating and hotel accommodations company that can assist you with all of your meetings/events.
How are you able to provide your services at no cost to the client?
Hotel accommodations and corporate housing are 100% free for our clients! We receive commission from the hotels and corporate housing facilities once the meeting/event comes to fruition and when the client checks out. If for any reason the meeting/event does not come to fruition or the client cancels, we do not receive payment.
Are your rates guaranteed to be the lowest?
Absolutely! By utilizing our large volume and working with representatives from all hotel brands, we pride ourselves in finding our clients the lowest rates and best concessions possible.
Do I have to meet a minimum number of rooms to use your services?
In order to find the best deals possible, we require a minimum of 10 rooms per night.
As a meeting planner, how can your services benefit me?
We understand how busy your schedule may be, which is why we do all the legwork while you sit back and relax and concentrate on all other aspects of planning your event. Our team has the necessary experience and knowledge to facilitate your request and send it to all hotel properties in your preferred city.
Are your services restricted to a specific region or market?
Konfiance, LLC negotiates meetings locally, nationwide, and internationally.
How are you able to negotiate better deals than I can?
Due to our large volume and history in the industry, Konfiance, LLC is able to negotiate better rates and various concessions (PERKS) for our clients. We have booked over 1,500 meetings worldwide and therefore have the leverage to obtain the best economical deals.
I receive rewards/points at various Hotels. Will I still receive these if I use your services?
Rest assured, Konfiance, LLC DOES NOT take away any of your rewards/points whatsoever. Actually, we make sure you are signed up to receive all promotions offered at the hotel of your choice.
Why do I need your services if I can just call the local Convention and Visitor’s Bureau in the city of my choice?
The Convention and Visitor’s Bureau is a great tool to generate your leads to various venues. However, they do not negotiate with them. They will send out your request to specific hotels (not all) and have them negotiate directly with you. On the other hand, we will send out your lead to all properties and negotiate the best deals on your behalf. After we provide you with the perfect contract, the hotels will NOT have any contact with you until the legwork is complete. You will not have to lift a finger. Think of the time and money you’ll save!
