Hotel Rooms & Meeting Space

We Maintain communication with our clients until expectations are met 

 

  • We accommodate all of your needs for the event/meeting including your agenda, room block, contract terms, and concessions.
  • We expedite the bidding process by sending out a RFP (Request for Proposal) to all venues in the desired locations.
  • We negotiate the final details of your contract for all space requirements, food/beverage, audio/visual, room rates, and concessions.
  • After your site selection, we will proceed with a contract for your event/meeting.
  • When it comes to booking with hotels, we work closely with groups seeking 10 or more rooms.

  • We work with corporate housing to arrange your short/long term stay.
  • Once property selection is complete, we will proceed with a contract for your stay.

Banquet Halls & Venues

CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS FOR: WEDDINGS, BAT/BAR MITZVAHS, FAMILY REUNIONS AND MORE

  • We will contact different banquet halls and venues on your behalf for your exclusive event and after venue selection is complete, we will negotiate the best pricing and provide you with a contract
  • In certain cases, you may have to pay a fee for our services but no worries; we work with all kinds of budgets, as we are extremely flexible.
